Tickets

  • Tickets are $8.00 each
  •  Each family (not per student) will be able to purchase 4 tickets. 
  • Auburn Bay students DO NOT need a ticket
  • Tickets will go on sale on April 7 at 8:00 am and close on April 20 at 6:00 pm
  • Tickets can only be purchased through your My CBE account
  •  No tickets will be sold/available at the door

General Seating

  • Performance will not be recorded to share with families.
  • If families would like to have the opportunity to purchase more than 4 tickets, on April 23 at 8:00 am, unpurchased tickets will go on sale through MyCBE accounts. Families will have the opportunity to purchase a maximum of 2 additional tickets at this time.
  • These are only on sale until the maximum number of tickets for the event is reached.
  • Families are not guaranteed these extra tickets and sales will end on April 28 at 8:00 pm or when the max number is reached.
  • We will send a reminder email closer to this date.
  • Student created paper tickets will be sent home in a sealed envelope with student names on May 1 or 2. This will be the number of tickets a family has purchased.
  • If ticket cost/payment is a concern, please call the office.

To Purchase Tickets

1.     Login to MyCBE account

2.     Click on Fees/Waivers and Service Registration

3.     Click on your child’s name

4.     At the bottom of the screen, click on General Forms

5.     Under General Forms, click on The Lion King

6.     A form will pop up asking for First Name, Last Name

***You will need to repeat these steps for each ticket purchased (maximum 4).

Other Information

  • Doors open at 5:15 pm and students will go to their designated areas.
  • No refunds for purchased tickets.
  • Tickets are required for entry at the door. Do not lose them!
  • Children under 2 do not need a ticket, as long as they are sitting on and adult’s lap. If a child is sitting in their own seat, a ticket is required.

School Wide Rehearsal

  • Student in Grades K-5 will be taking a bus to the First Alliance Church on May 6 for a day of rehearsals.
  • EES classes will remain at the school this day and engage in Lion King activities. We will see a special performance from our wonderful students in the EES classes at the start of the May 6 evening show.
  • Kindergarten AM and PM classes will return for their regular dismissal times.
  •  A letter with all the details for this day and the form to be signed will be sent home with students on April 7.
  •  Students are being asked to wear black clothing for the performance. The masks that they made with the artist in residence will be part of their costume.
