Just a reminder that report cards go live in MyCBE for parents on January 30. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s teacher. Register for Kindergarten

Kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year opened on Jan. 15, 2024.

Please go to the CBE Registration page to register for kindergarten.

Registrations are to be completed online. At this time, we are NOT a lottery school, so all students in our school designated area will be accepted.

Registration and preference of AM or PM kindergarten is not a first come first serve basis. Preference for AM or PM is on the online registration. If needed, a draw will be done in the Spring to determine who attends AM and PM kindergarten.

If you have completed a registration, please log into your School Engage account regularly to see if the registration is complete or requires additional information.

Once registered, you will hear from us in the Spring with more information about kindergarten for next year.

Fees

If you ordered a hoodie at the beginning of the year your fee has now been added, please log in and pay as we have many outstanding fees.

Instructions on how to do this: Log into your MyCBE account. Click on the icon on the left-hand side that says “Fees, Waivers & Service Registration.” This will show if you have any outstanding fees.

Safe Driving and Parking

Safe driving and parking around the school is everyone’s responsibility. There is no parking or dropping off in the bus zone in front of the school. We have buses that need to park to get students off safely, as well as other busses arriving and dropping off for field trips.

There is a stopping zone to drop off or pick up ahead of the bus zone. Please read the signs carefully to know where these areas are.

Parking authority comes out on random days to make sure these rules are being followed and we are aware of people being issued tickets. Thank you for following these rules so that all of our students and families are safe.

After School

Just a reminder that there is no school supervision after school on the playground, compound or field. Supervision of parents/guardians is encouraged to help minimize any problems.

The 2024 YYCFamilies Guide is now online. This is a City of Calgary magazine where families can find programs, seasonal family fun & travel and birthday listings plus local attractions, parenting support services, retail, and more.
