It is hard to believe we are at the end of another school once again!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for a wonderful 2024-2025 year at Auburn Bay School. It has been a pleasure to watch our students continue to grow, achieve success and be proud of their accomplishments.

This year was full of learning, growth, fun, kindness and excitement. There was a strong focus on Belonging for all in a safe, welcoming and caring environment. Our school-wide performance of The Lion King was a massive undertaking to support this focus and working with the best team of students, staff and families made it a huge success!

We are full of gratitude for everyone’s support this year. Thank you!

We would like to wish everyone a safe, fun, and restful summer with friends and family. We look forward to seeing everyone in the fall for a fabulous 2025-2026 school year.

Here are a few final updates:

Staffing

As each year comes to an end, it is that time when we have to say goodbye to some staff as they head onto new adventures. We want to thank Ms. Sinclair, Mrs. Keats and Ms. Manzano for their excellence in teaching and going above and beyond for students. We wish them all the best in their new journeys!

We would also like to welcome Deeba Chaudry and Arul Kumar to our ABS community as new lunch supervisors next year.

Volunteers

We would like to thank all our volunteers that joined us for field trips, class activities and patrolling the crosswalks. It is so wonderful to know that we have the best community supporting our students, staff and families.

Last Day Freezie Treat

School Council has provided a freezie treat for all students to enjoy in class before dismissal on June 26. If your child is unable to have one, please contact your child’s teacher.

2025-2026 School Organization

Our school continues to have a large population and therefore we will be maximizing all learning spaces again next year. Along with all classroom spaces, we will continue to access the Learning Commons for one classroom and our Learning Commons will remain in the HUB area.
